Opened in 1843, Belgium's oldest zoo is also one of the oldest zoos in the world. Worth a visit, not only because of the animals, but because of its beautiful monumental buildings too.

Must visit when in Antwerp. Be sure to check out the tigers, apes, butterflies. The zoo is beautifully situated in the heart of Antwerp. The historic zoo has nice Art Deco buildings.

Maybe the best zoo I've visited! It's lush and green, well laid out with a nice variety of animals in near-natural environments. The aquarium and mammals house are especially good. Go in the spring!

Impressive! Many species, mostly big sized cages (except for some birds which was sad to watch) and amazing garden arrangements. Worth visiting, especially with children (stroller friendly).

It's a small #zoo but has lots to see. If you know you are bound to visit more than twice in a year then get a family card which allows u free access 365 days a year and other benefits
